Please fill out the "Request a Storage Unit" form on our website and someone will contact you within 24 hours. You can also TEXT or LEAVE A MESSAGE us at 306-380-0688. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

For your convenience, we accept preauthorized debit, credit card, and etransfer payments.

Currently we only offer cold storage bays with concrete floors. We recommend using plastic bins or boxes to store your belongings. We also recommend you keep furniture off the ground with pallets or cover them to avoid condensation. 

Once we have a signed contract agreement and secured your desired method of payment you will be provided access for the main gate. You will have 24 hour access to your unit however we do ask that you only access the property during day light hours unless necessary, as it keeps the property secure at night, limiting exposure and our security cameras alert property manager of movement.  

Yes,  you are responsible for supplying your own padlock for your personal unit. 

Please check with your homeowners insurance policy as some do cover your belongings while in storage; however AMS is NOT responsible for insuring your property. We recommend checking with your current insurance provider to ensure you are covered adequately.

Minimum of one month rental is preferred and all units are rented on a month-to-month basis unless you want to pre-pay annually. We require 30 days written notice in order to terminate the agreement. 

Our facility is a fully gated compound, complete with security lighting and security cameras throughout the property.

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, illegal items, and perishables are NOT to be stored at our facility. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
